THE PROVIDER DOES NOT GIVE OR PROVIDE TO YOU ANY GUIDANCE, INSTRUCTIONS, OR INFORMATION ABOUT HOW OR IN WHICH MANNER YOU SHOULD PERFORM TRANSACTIONS WHEN USING THE SERVICES OR OTHERWISE, OR ANY OTHER SIMILAR INFORMATION ABOUT THE INVESTMENT TOOLS TRADED, NOR DOES THE PROVIDER ACCEPT ANY SUCH GUIDANCE, INSTRUCTIONS, OR INFORMATION FROM YOU. NONE OF THE SERVICES CONSTITUTE INVESTMENT ADVICE OR RECOMMENDATIONS. NO EMPLOYEES, STAFF, OR REPRESENTATIVES OF THE PROVIDER ARE AUTHORIZED TO PROVIDE INVESTMENT ADVICE OR RECOMMENDATIONS. SHOULD ANY INFORMATION OR STATEMENT OF ANY EMPLOYEE, STAFF, OR REPRESENTATIVES OF THE PROVIDER BE INTERPRETED AS INVESTMENT ADVICE OR RECOMMENDATIONS, THE PROVIDER EXPLICITLY DISCLAIMS THAT THE SAME IS INVESTMENT ADVICE OR RECOMMENDATIONS AND SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEM.

8. No Guarantee of Results

9. Additional Policies and Restrictions

• No Refund Policy: All fees paid are final and non-refundable. Once access to services is granted, the user waives any right to request a refund.
• KYC & AML Compliance: We reserve the right to request identity verification documents. Access to services may be restricted or terminated for failure to comply.
• Prohibited Trading Practices: Activities such as latency arbitrage, toxic flow, excessive lot sizing, news trading, copy trading, third-party account management, and algorithmic abuse are strictly prohibited. IQ Capital reserves the right to determine what constitutes such practices.
• Risk Assessments: Users agree to cooperate in periodic compliance and risk reviews. Failure to comply may result in account suspension and forfeiture of payouts.
• Inactivity Clause: Accounts that remain inactive for more than 30 days may be suspended or terminated.
• Confidentiality Clause: All communications between IQ Capital and the user are confidential. Disclosure without written consent is prohibited.
• Responsible Trading Commitment: Users must act as if managing their own capital, apply sound risk management, and avoid reckless or abusive behavior.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any reason deemed necessary for platform integrity. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.
