Hard Breach
Any rule violation that immediately disqualifies the account.
Soft Breach
The violating trade is closed but the Funded/Instant account continues.
Trailing Drawdown
A dynamic equity floor that trails upward with profits until it locks.
Consistency Rule
Caps the best day at 50 % (Evaluation - only Futures) or 30 % (Funded) of cumulative profit; exceeding it raises the target.
Management Fee
The $5 monthly charge on each Crypto Funded/Instant account and $39 monthly on each Futures Funded/Instant account
